Check out this new garage and loft apartment taking shape in the Mango Promenade Historic District in West Palm Beach by Kevin and Connors Design Group CDG Arc).The historically pedestrian-centered neighborhood features a rear access motor court of narrow alleyways serving small garages that were typically lightly used in an era of less reliance on the automobile. Compliance with Historic Preservation Regulations and existing neighborhood conditions, along with a tightly constricted site created a number of significant challenges during this project. But, it is now being capably constructed by Rielly Construction, Inc., General Contractors of West Palm Beach and Tequesta, Florida.
