This beautiful home was completly gutted, designed and built for one of CDG Arc's commercial clients. The transformation from a Mediterranean-style Villa to a palatial Coastal Estate involved removing walls, moving a staircase, adding an elevator as well as an addition to the second story. The open floor-plan gives way to breathtaking views and ocean breezes. The outdoor living room and kitchen tops off this masterpiece.
